Data Deletion Overview

When you request an account deletion, we initiate a process to remove your information from our active databases and storage. Please review the following information carefully before proceeding, as this action is final.

Profile Information	Name, email, and preferences are permanently purged.
Activity History	Logs, usage statistics, and historical records are deleted.
Media & Files	Any uploaded photos or documents are removed from storage.

Important Considerations

Irreversibility: Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Ensure you have backed up any information you wish to keep.
Subscriptions: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel third-party billing (e.g., App Store or Google Play). Please cancel active subscriptions manually before requesting deletion.
Legal Retention: Some data may be retained for a limited period if required by law (e.g., for tax or regulatory compliance).

How to Request Deletion

To ensure the security of your account, all deletion requests must be verified. Please follow the steps below:

Send an email from the email address associated with your account.
Address the email to: support@marcelorpm.com
Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request - [Your Name]"
In the body of the email, please confirm that you wish to have your account and all associated data permanently removed.

Our support team will process your request within 30 days and send a final confirmation once the deletion is complete.
